This page explains how to request deletion of your HareHare account and the personal data associated with it. We provide two ways to delete your account.


Option 1: Delete your account inside the app

Your account and associated data will be deleted immediately upon confirmation.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to from the email address registered to your HareHare account with the subject line "Delete my account".

We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.


What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

For legal, security, and fraud-prevention reasons, a limited set of data may be retained after account deletion:

Processing time

In-app deletions are processed immediately. Email-based deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Backup purges complete within an additional 60 days.

Partial data deletion

If you want to delete specific data (such as your chat history) without deleting your entire account, contact us at and describe what you would like removed.
