This Privacy Policy explains how HareHare ("we", "us", "our"), a brand operated by Mediarun Digital Private Limited, collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the HareHare mobile application (the "App"). HareHare is a devotional and spiritual application and, by its nature, processes information related to religious practice. Please read this policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

By using the App, you explicitly consent to the processing of this religious and spiritual information for the purposes described in this policy. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account (see Section 10).
With your explicit permission, we access your approximate or precise location to provide location-aware features such as personalising the list of deities or festivals most commonly observed in your region, and for internal analytics. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings, and the App will continue to function without location access.
Location data is not sold, not shared for advertising, and not used to build a marketing profile of you.
We do not use your personal or religious information for advertising. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your religious information to profile you outside the App.
Your chat inputs are processed through AI services (such as Google Gemini / Vertex AI) to generate responses. Please be aware:

We share your data only in the limited circumstances below:
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your religious or spiritual information with third parties for marketing or profiling purposes.
However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify affected users as required by law in the event of a data breach.
The App does not currently process payments. If paid features are introduced in a future update, transactions will be handled by secure third-party payment providers. We will not directly store sensitive financial information such as card numbers or UPI credentials. This policy will be updated before any such feature launches.
Under applicable privacy laws (including India's DPDP Act 2023 and the GDPR where relevant), religious beliefs are considered sensitive personal data and require your explicit consent to process.
By creating an account and using devotional features such as chant counters, meditation trackers, religious preference questions, and AI chat, you provide your explicit consent for us to collect and process this religious and spiritual information for the purposes described in this policy.
You may withdraw this consent at any time by deleting your account. Once deleted, your religious and spiritual data will be removed in accordance with Section 10.

The App is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. Your data may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence (including in regions where Google Cloud operates). We rely on the safeguards offered by our service providers to protect such transfers.
The App may introduce additional features in the future, such as voice interaction, e-puja booking, or devotional product purchases. Any new data collection will only occur with your explicit permission and will be reflected in an updated version of this policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy here with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
